KAIDA publishes Factbook

[Mar. 24, 2021] Korea Automobile Importers & Distributors Association (KAIDA) published KAIDA Factbook, which provides the current state of the import car industry and relevant information. The factbook was made to help enhance the understanding of the import car industry and the market by sharing facts about KAIDA and the industry and their activities. KAIDA is planning to publish it annually. The publication will be made into print books and be distributed to relevant institutions, and its contents will be available online at KAIDA website (https://www.kaida.co.kr).  The factbook contains organization of KAIDA, major issues in the government’s automotive policies, current state of the import car industry, import car statistics, automotive regulations and policies, and so on. Over 34 years since Korea opened its car market in 1987, KAIDA and the import car industry have constantly grown both in quantity and quality to achieve the status they currently have.
