- All statistics provided by KAIDA are based on registration data from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
- Statistics cover new passenger car registrations by KAIDA member companies among imported vehicles registered in Korea. Gray imports, used cars, commercial vehicles, etc. are not officially counted.
- Registration statistics are updated on the 10th of each month for the previous month.
- All statistics are searchable from 2003 onwards. Data prior to 2003 is based on member company sales figures, not registration data.
- % Share: The brand's market share for the given month/year.
- % Change: Year-over-year or month-over-month change rate.
- Until June 2026, Jeonnam and Gwangju were counted as separate regions. From July 2026, they have been integrated into Jeonnam-Gwangju Special Metropolitan City and are indicated and counted under this single region.
